Let’s Act Drama School

Ayan will be taking a break from drama lessons for a year, starting Sept 2026 and I must admit we are all a bit sad. He has been with Let’s Act from reception, all the way to year four and we will feel the void next year. The plan however is to take a break for the coming academic year and hopefully return when he is in year six.

We are extremely proud and impressed with all the love and energy the Let’s Act team puts into our children year after year. May you all continue to thrive and grow in all that you do.

Could you please send a big thank you to Miss Amaya, Miss Emily and all the Let’s Act staff? I thought yesterday’s performance was a huge success.

As a primary school teacher, I think the script and songs were ambitious given the short time they had, but the teachers (and children) really pulled it off. I loved how supportive the teachers were in helping all the children feel successful and an important part of the show. Especially when nerves struck.

Sasha and Macie have only been attending Let’s Act for about six weeks but they immediately enjoyed it and really liked their teachers, feeling very comfortable. Miss Amaya gave Sasha a special mention yesterday after Sasha took on many more lines since Saturday.

Despite having a busy Saturday afternoon Sasha kept practicing whenever she had a few minutes. Big thank you to Miss Amaya for this mention. I don’t think Sasha will ever forget that, what boost to her self esteem!
